1. Who we are and what we do
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of terravitadynamics.com (the “Website”) for recruitment and matching of household staff (including nannies) in Ukraine. Our service is intended to help connect employers/household customers with suitable candidates based on information provided by you and candidates.
We do not provide a guaranteed outcome, and we do not act as a hiring guarantee. Candidate availability, suitability, and placement depend on factors outside our control.
2. Screening, recommendations, and outcomes
We may collect and review information provided during the recruitment/matching process. Any screening, references, or checks (if performed) are limited to the information and documents you provide and what is reasonably available for verification.
You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee that a candidate will be hired, will remain available, or will fully meet your expectations. Matching results are recommendations and do not constitute a promise of employment/placement.
3. Employment-mediation framework (Ukraine)
If the landing page offers household staff recruitment as employment-mediation services, our operation must comply with the requirements of Ukraine regarding employment mediation, including restrictions on fees charged to jobseekers. This section is based on: Про зайнятість населення.
Any fees, if applicable, are limited and handled in a way consistent with Ukrainian employment-mediation rules. Please contact us for details about any applicable charges before you participate.
4. Distance contracting and pre-contract information
If you place an order or request services through the Website as part of a distance transaction (including lead forms used for distance contracting), we will provide the legally required pre-contract information before or at the time of concluding the agreement, in line with: Про електронну комерцію.
To the extent required, information such as key service characteristics, price (or pricing mechanism), and terms of the relationship will be made available to you.
5. Consumer information and transparency

6. Personal data and consent
Recruitment and matching typically require processing personal data (such as names and contact details). We process personal data in accordance with Ukrainian law and provide information about processing and the lawful basis for processing/consent where required. If cookies or similar technologies are used for analytics/advertising/marketing, we provide cookie disclosure and appropriate consent mechanics consistent with personal-data obligations under Ukrainian law.
7. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information about your needs (for employers) and about yourself (for candidates).
- Do not submit false, misleading, or unlawful information.
- Respect other users’ rights and do not attempt unauthorized access to the Website or other systems.
8. Service limitations and liability
We make reasonable efforts to provide the Website and support services, but we do not control candidate availability, behavior, or employment outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by Ukrainian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Service area
The service is provided for household staff recruitment and matching in Ukraine (“UA”). We do not represent that candidates or employers exist in all Ukrainian regions.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on the Website with the date of publication. Continued use of the Website after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
